Kari, owner of Big River Builders, nicknamed this house The Castle House. I walked in and was immediately drawn to the large living room and chandelier, for a moment I was taken back to France and felt like I was in a scene from Beauty and the Beast. Big River Builders gutted, basically the entire house, and flipped it to meet the homeowners needs. They did an outstanding job at keeping with the era of the home while incorporating new finishes. Big River Builder has excellent craftsmanship, which I have probably mentioned before. The garage entry to this home featured custom benches which I am currently envying. The main floor also had a child room with a hidden crawlspace which could also be used as an office, I personally love the idea of having a kid friendly room near the living room/kitchen area. The staircase is definitely a discussion piece and another prime example of their talented work.

This custom Prestige Home is super adorable. I fell in love with the wallpaper in the children’s room and the stain glass windows. Josh, owner of Prestige Homes, told me the stain glass work was completed by an artist from Fargo. If you are seeing this please let me know, I would love to tag you!
Exposed beams, white kitchen, open floor plan, all things I love. Fan fact with this house, the entire home features interior fire sprinklers.
Over the past few months I have had the pleasure of photographing some stunning homes built by Pinnacle Homes. This particular home is being showcased in the Fall Parade of Homes. House #26 located at 3621 Valley Drive, Bismarck, features 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. This home is modern with a rustic twist that is sure to impress.
